From the 3rd – 5th October the Commissioner visited Cheshire East to see their local Domestic Abuse Services in action. The Commissioner said, “Services like these are absolutely vital for victims and survivors. This is why I am urging government to commit to funding for community-based services in the Victims and Prisoners Bill”.
