The Domestic Abuse Commissioner has written to Eddie Hughes MP welcoming the £639m announced in the Spending Review to end rough sleeping and calling for a £18.7m funding injection over 3 years to local authorities to ensure that migrant domestic abuse survivors with no access to public funds can get safe refuge.
